If I restore my wii to default, will it be effected by homebrew, and will it be completely removed it from my system/ wii will be back to factory.

Short answer: no!

If you installed homebrew, than restoring to default will NOT erase all traces of it.

Big question here: does it erase the internal usage logs? If yes, then it does completely remove all traces of homebrew. If no, it does not.

EDIT: It also might leave "empty titles" behind for some reason, so that could be a problem.
