Files on sd card

Hey Im new to this and this is the noobiest question ever but forgive me.
Okay, I have homebrew channel set up and everything works well. However, I dont have much space left on my sd card for any apps. Now that ive installed the homebrew channel, can I delete the files on the sd card that I used to set Homebrew Channel up (I used Bannerbomb)?

Yeap, just not the "bootmii" folder, if you set it up.

You can delete that, just don't expect BootMii to start.
