nintendo wifi ban? how to over come??

has anyone else been hearing about these wifi bans?
apparently my friend was recently baned for hacking in tetris ( haha sounds lame doesnt it :P)
and hes been asking around on how to get unbanned both on wii and ds?

does anyone have a solution or some confirmation??

Confirmation, yes. Solution, no. I beleive the error report is 20102. You get this for cheating online. I don't think there's any way to bypass, except there is this one guy on youtube who figured out how or something. Use this instance as a warning not to cheat online!! :P

seriously: at first he should try to erase his tetris savedata (use any title deleter).
Netx time he connects, he will get a new ID for tetris, that might help.
