Error message while installing

I'm getting an error message while trying to install HBC;
*Error checking the system menu version!*

My wii is v2.2u so I'm using the beta 1 hack. I double checked the code on the disc (-0 usa) and am using the appropriate hack.
Help would be much appreciated,

Hmm, maybe its because your system menu is so old lol! I don't know, maybe you need to be on 3.0 or higher or something...

You need a higher version of the system menu. I recommend launching Any Region Changer instead of the HackMii Installer to update your system menu to 3.2
