Is there a homebrew that allows you to view wii installed (c)IOSes?

Well, this all started when I tried to install BitTripBeat. I know, I'm not listing the wad or anything. Anyways, It would start with a black screen. I looked around and found out i need to install a certain IOS (IOS55-xx-vxxxx). I thought I already installed it, but I don't know if I can reinstall it if its still there and just a random glitch. So now I'm here wondering, is there a homebrew allowing you to view Installed IOSes (not the regular ones.)

The only one I saw listed here was IOSCheck. but I don't know if it lists it, it just says 'check IOSes for vulnerabilities.'

Couldn't you just use WiiSCU?

ATM it doesn't do IOS 55.
