Just Installed HBC - Now I have a question

My question is will I have any problems playing new games I purchased that are possibly looking for the newest Wii system menu, will I have any problem downloading games from the Wii Store? Yes, I realize I don't have to, but I am still loyal to Nintendo

Are people doing this on purpose? I count at least three posts full of almost perfectly orchestrated fail in the last two days (a lot for this forum).
