Ok, it looks really simple... I'll test it later, but for now, here's my overview...

It looks like you need to get your files into the /www directory. This is just a folder on the root of your SD called www. Now, you execute the server app. This loads up the web pages, and now your server is running. (Before you run the app though, load HBC and hit home to bring up the menu. Note/jot down the IP address) Ok, now go to your pc. Load up Firefox or Internet Destroyer(:D) and type something similar to this: hxxp://YOURIPADDRESS/YOURFILENAME

So, for instance, my wii IP is 192.168.0.5. Thus, if I was hosting index.html on my server, I would type: hxxp://192.168.0.5/index.html. Even further, the index.html isn't necessary! :D

Understand so far? Great! So you got the web site going on your private LAN network, right? Let's take it further!

Head over to your router config.(This is your Router's Gateway. [Start, Run, cmd, ipconfig]) Head over to port forwarding. Now setup port 80(which is the standard web hosting port) to be redirected to your wii IP address. You might want to give your wii a static IP inside your router.

Ok, now you need to find your main Static IP. You can find this by looking for a number which doesn't begin with "192". It should look like the LAN IP addresses, but it wont have the same numbers. Mine, for instance, is 75.90.103.*** (Hehe, I wont give you the entire thing. I don't want everyone knowing my IP) Anyways, so jot down this number.

Buy yourself a domain name. Then have the domain name be directed to your public IP address. (Remember, this is different from your private, LAN IPs) Now you should have a full website with a domain name setup, running entirely from your wii! Congrats!!!

I don't know if it's supported or not, but don't go hosting some major PHP/ASP/Flash website. Ok, flash *might* work. Just hosting files or even a simple HTML/Javascript website should run fine!

And if you dont want to buy a domain, just google "No-IP". This is a great site, which gives you a simple web address to mask IPs...
