Updated homebrew, wii wont load it

I was in my homebrew channel when it told me to update my homebrew to the newer version, so I did, and than my homebrew wouldnt load any more. So I deleted the channel of my wii and tried to reinstall it by booting it from the sd card, so I re-installed it but it still wouldnt load. So I went the long way and twilight hacked it, but it still won't load my homebrew at all.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Do you get the "This is not a valid application" notice? If so do you have HBB installed? Most likely your homebrew is really out of date and uses the .elf format. You can update using HBB or batch convert your homebrew to .dol using this :[wiibrew.org]. Note that you cannot just change the ending of your homebrew to make it work. If you don't have that message popping up then could you elaborate on your issue?
