Is it possible to put themes on my home background? If so how would I do it?

If you are talking about the home menus or the Homebrew Channel, then the answer is no.

the home menu - yes. using my menuify i believe it is legal. but if you're on 4.1 it will brick you, so i'd stay away if you are or will be on 4.1 in the near future.

Isn't menuify for the system menu?

Yes that is what I ment. Do I need preloader to do this or can I just install menuify

Nothing about my menuify here kthnx. It's both very dangerous and about as legal as icefires other project.
