Photo Channel Cant Read SDHC

I've been looking around but cant seem to find a solution, but My wii wont read my SD card when i goto the Photo Channel. Im at 1.1-a and i cant find a way to update it to 1.1-b manually. is there any way i can update the channel manually without the internet?

Well, couldn't he download it with NUSD and install it? Provided he's on a low enough System Menu to install WADs?
