Custom Brawl

Hey guys.. I was poking around you tube and i saw stuff for custom textures and music for brawl, is this legal? it looks really cool and I'd like to try it out (SD method) if its legal...

i believe so as it is just a cheat file but dont go online brawl as you might get banned.... (from WFC)

only way i can play online is if i use my dial up...

You wont get banned from Wifi, Even the cheats online dont work for brawl very well, because if you change the actual physics of the game (AKA Brawl+) It dosent transfer to the other system correctly, even if you both use the same GCT file.
I dont even think the other players on the internet will even see your color change.

not like i would be able to play online at all so im not worried, does anybody actually have custom brawl?

I have the official Brawl+ (which still needs a little work) and custom characters.

do you know where i could get skins or make my own? i want to play as sora in brawl!

Smash boards was around since 2006 so I'd say its more "official".
Plus that is just an info site, where as Smashboards has info as well as a forum.

brawlplus.net has a forum as well. And it has a chat function that automatically connects you to their IRC channel through mibbit.

I use smash boards, but its your choice ultimately, check them both out if you wish.

Actually you can play on WiFi with dial up

Most games will play fine on dial up, also its harder to get banned on WFC if your ip is dynamic, also hetoan released a gecko os code which temporarily alters your mac address

shouldn't be.

Banning based on IPs is a stupid idea anyway, because an IP doesn't mean anything. That is why nobody should use an IP adress to ban somebody on a permantent basis.
