Troubles with installing HBC

My menu version is 4.2U, I'm using the correct version of Bannerbomb, and the latest version of the HackMii installer.

Bannerbomb worked just fine, but for some reason once the HackMii installer starts installing, all I ever get to is
Starting installation...
Fixing up signature...
Installing ticket....
Error -1040002011 installing ticket

Installation failed!

I'm not sure why it's not working. If anybody can help, I'm posting this in the wrong place, or if I need to post more details, let me know.

did you try reinstalling the latest IOS30?

is this a new virgin wii or did you update to 4.2 ???
