trouble with installing HBC

Hello,

I have an old wii with a firmware of 2.0U that's NEVER been updated. I'm fairly new to this Homebrew stuff and recently I tried to install the channel using the Twilight Hack. Instead I've gotten a message in red letters that says "The Homebrew Channel cannot be installed." "There is no usable IOS for the Channel." Can anyone tell me where can I get the IOS to get the homebrew channel installed and how to install the IOS to the Wii? Thanks.

Get IOS60, add Trucha if you want.

Use twilight hack to run dop-IOS MOD, update ALL IOS, installing IOS36 first and applying both patches. Then install System Menu 4.1 (with dop-IOS MOD) and update ALL channels. After that, re-run HackMii Installer and install HBC.
