Homebrew Channel Launching Issues with Bootmii

Okay, so I'm having a bit of a weird issue here.

Homebrew channel runs perfectly fine when I try and run it through the Wii System menu. All is fine and dandy there. The problem comes when I try and run HBC through the bootmii launcher. Every time I launch it there, the channel loads but rather than being greeted by a functional and fast HBC loading, I get a rather distorted HBC main page image, with no response to controls and everything offset weirdly. It's not a black screen (as I've seen reported in other issues), just a garbled HBC menu. It was working fine before the latest HBC and Wii system updates, but I've been gone from home since the middle of the year...

My wii:
PAL (Australian)
System Menu: 4.2
HBC - Latest update
Bootmii - Latest update, installed on Boot2.

Known issue, unknown fix.

That happens to me sometimes. It fixes itself eventually (well it did for me)
