~How do i get wii wizard working on my pc, is there a tutorial. And does it include all the libaries or will i need to download the rest?

its a template for visual studio for homebrew development.

So in that case it should be self-explanatory.

I think the problem is that the link to the site doesn't seem to actually do anything.
