Nintendo Anti Homebrew

Ok so i've had homebrew ( Twice now )
Once about a year ago but I deleted it because I thought it was illegal
And then a few months ago I had it (But my friend bricked my wii by playing it while I was sleeping and updating it)

So I sent it to nintendo to fix it, and they did... But it feels as if they did something to my wii.

For one, They formatted it and for some reason I can't get Homebrew anymore...

I followed the Tut's of many 4.2U Video's on Youtube
But everytime I go on my wii ( I have everything on my SD card )
Go to the Options and then go to channels. I click my SD card and it's a Big question mark. I feel as if Nintendo Installed something into my wii
To make sure I don't put homebrew back on the wii. Does anyone have a solution?

For 4.2 you need Bannerbomb V2 and you go to the SD Menu (little SD icon on the Main Menu) instead of Options

Now I have a new problem. I can't install Bootmii for some reason. I don't know how... Anyone mind helping me?

If it says "can only be installed as IOS" you cannot fix it.
Otherwise, post the message you see on the screen.
