Format Wii's internal memory?

Hey,
I want to sell my Wii. The buyer said that he wants "fresh" Wii, so without saves and channels. But he wanted Homebrew Channel and BootMii installed.But I'm scared that format would brick Wii or/and delete Bootmii. So I have questions:
1. IS IT SAFE?
2.Will it clean my registry?
3. Later can I just install HBC (and BootMii if the format is going to delete it) as i did it first time?
4. My credit card info from Wiishopchannel will be deleted?

Its perfectly safe to format your wii. I'm not sure if your shop account is deleted when you format, so if it doesn't get deleted, launch the shop channel and delete your account. That will delete your credit card info.

Once you've formatted your wii, just reinstall the HBC and bootmii.

Bootmii isn't deleted by formatting. Only channels and saves are. Also, As far as I know, the shop channel does not save credit card information. However, deleting your shop account will remove your redownload rights for anything you purchased from the shop channel.
