Are you using the Bannerbomb v2 method?

Use bannerbomb v2 to run HackMii Installer.

If it says it can't find vulnerable IOS, get rid of the piece of crap that is DarkCorp/cIOScorp.

Use bannerbomb to launch Dop-MII and install a ton of unpatched IOSes. IOS30 would be a good one to install.

i cant use bannerbomb because it says when the black loads up it can't be installed
Dop-MII can only be used via homebrew so i cant use that

Just take the boot file from the Dop-MII archive and replace the one you have on your SD card right now with it. It will work.

Launch DOP-Mii and in the first section of the menu, select IOS 36 for it to run on. Go to the section to install IOSes and install the latest version of IOS 34. Do not apply any patches to it.

1. Pop in the disc.
2. Update if needed.
3. Play!

With Gecko:
1. Launch Gecko.
2. (optional) Tweak settings.
3. Insert the disc.
4. Pick "Launch game" and play!

With a backup loader:
