help getting smash stack to work

I tried getting HB using smash stack, I followed all the steps and still would't work.

A little more info would help. What didn't work?

i downloaded all the required data from the site then i deleted all the custom stages and waited 24 hours. But when i went to the main menu i put in my sd card in and went to the custom stage menu and nothing happend

Are you sure you set up your SD card properly? And are you using the correct smash stack?

yes i formatted my sd card to FAT 32 and mine is USA and i am confident i downloaded the usa version

but maby do i download the custom stages to a different place than my sd card then do i download all the data or do i have to download the custom stages onto my sd card then move them some where else the do it?

You copy the "private" folder from the download onto your SD card and make sure there are no other stages anywhere (SD card, Wii, etc.)

do you mean copy the save data of super smash bros brawl on to the sd card

No, it has nothing to do with save data. You need the smash stack file on your SD card (and a boot.elf) and that's it. If there's any other stages then it won't work. If absolutely nothing happened when you go to the Vault and then Stage Builder then it must be that your SD card is not set up correctly or your SD card isn't working properly.

Is your card standard sd? SDHC will not work.
