Some help if you can please!

I am trying to install the homebrew channel on my wii. I used the lego indiana jones hack and it starts the boot.elf file fine. I select to install the homebrew channel and after a second or two i get this:

I'd bought a new SD card less than 2gb and formatted it to FAT on still the same message. my wii is new so have they blocked it or might I be doing something wrong?

There should be a log from the hackmii installer, post that here. sd:\installer.log
It may give some clues.

This is so odd. I just tried to install it again so i could get the log to paste here..... and it worked...???!?!

I did nothing different from all the times i tried over the last few days. weird...

Right to make sure i don't loose it I just never update my wii again is that right?
