letterbomb exception 0700 occured

I am getting exception 0700 occurred went attempting to run the letterbomb.
I have confirmed my MAC address and formatted my in an effort to correct.
I did have Homebrew installed prior to an update that wiped it out.
Any ideas?

I formatted my SD card and downloaded again and it worked... Thanks

I installed USB Loader GX, as this is what I used prior to the update, and it shows the games I have loaded on my drive but they do not play. They go to a black picture and nothing happens.
I loaded a new game and the same thing happen to it.
I am in the process of reading pages of forums... Do you have any ideas where I might start?
