How would one go about removing HBC completely?

I have just recently downloaded and installed HBC using the twlight hack, and I have downgraded my Wii using the guides at wiibrew.org (Thanks guys). I am curious though, in the event that I want to remove everything that I've done, how would I? I don't see an obvious way to remove the HBC and all of its components, and I haven't found any guides on how to do this.

Delete the channel same as you would game save data (Use the button on the bottom left hand corner of the Wii user interface, chose the option to managed saved data, select the chanel option.). And possibly get rid of the Twilight hack save if you dont want that to be found.

Would you suggest uninstalling all of my WADs first?
Or will deleting HBC do the trick altogether?

the only WADs you should have are IOSs from a Nintendo disc or any cIOSs from Wiibrew...

To erase everything, I used tona's AnyTitle Deleter
I deleted all of the titles that came from my homebrew.
