witch mplayer version am I supposed to get?

I would suggest using WiiMC rather than MPlayer

I have a 8gb sdhc card dud,so I can't do that.just tell me witch one to download

Download WiiMC. Your SD card size doesn't matter.

it said it would not work with sdhc.

Where does it say that? It works perfectly fine with SDHC.
