how do you get permission to post on the junkyard forum?

i have a question about an emulator that i'm not sure is ok to post here

You don't post in the junkyard. You post elsewhere, and if your post is rubbish, we (i.e. the moderators/administrators) move it to the junkyard.

As a tip, if you are asking about where to get ROMs or something like that, it's against the rules and will get moved to the junkyard. If it's about pretty much anything else to do with emulators, it should be OK.

ohhh ok i get it now. well what if i had a question about an emulator called pcsx revolution rev 85? would that be allowed?
