Zelda SS reinstalls wii stub IOSes 222,223,249,250

Hello everyone,
I have deleted every stub IOS on my wii, however when I launched zelda SS (Skyward Sword) and accepted the system update, the system restored them. Is there any logical explanation for this?

Why would you delete a stub IOS? It is doing no harm by being there, only overwriting cIOS.
Which are unsupported on this forum.

Nope, I don't need any cIOS, I was just curious. Is there any logical explanation for this?

Yes. The system detects new content on the disc (stub IOSs) and installs them. I fail to see why this is confusing.
Why did you delete stub IOSs?
