BootMii as boot2

Hey everyone I looked through the FAQ and forums and didn't see any threads that answered by exact question. I am a complete newb when it comes to this so I apologize if this has been answered a bunch. Just used letterbomb and installed the HBC and chose BootMii as boot2. Everything went great. Now I am wondering what I can and should delete from my SD card? I now have folders that say "boot.elf", "bootmii", "installer.log" and "private". Just wanted to make sure deleting something wouldn't effect boot2. I don't really understand what that means but chose it because it was recommended. I plan to use this same SD to install my homebrew apps and ROMs. Thanks

You can delete boot.elf (That's the Hackmii installer) installer.log (Exactly what it says on the tin) and private (That's the Letterbomb exploit)

You might find it to be a good idea to do a NAND backup from Bootmii now.
This will backup the contents of your Wii in case it gets damaged.
