Need help to connect the balance board to PC

Hi,

I am a new guy to this item, just want to connect the wii balance board to my pc. Now my laptop is using Vista system, I purchased a BELKIN F8t013 BT adapter and tried to connect it with the wii. Now it turns out the blue light on the board blinking all the time, and it seems the connection is not correct. Any one has any suggestions how to solve this? Thank you.

Did you set it up on your pc? sorry if you have...

turn on board, on pc goto control panel,hardware and sound.
at the bottom you should see bluetooth devices,
and add a bluetooth device.
