could it be possible for a wii to run a mysql server, a MiiSQL Database if you will lol

? That doesn't really answer my question, but my point was that there is already a SQL RDBMS on Wii, and they are similar enough that it would seem fruitless to go out of ones way to port MySQL.

I would be interested in a ported mysql, but I cant use sqlite because I want to connect to a database on a webhost

Then you need to port the MySQL C client.
