AnyTitle Deleter and AnyRegion Changer updates

I think that it would be a good idea to update these applications to use current IOSes and exploits so that they can be used on current systems.. These apps are very useful and could undoubtedly use an update. I don't know whatever happened to tona but since I'm no coder I thought I'd put the idea out there.

EDIT: Actually, I think I may be able to do it after all. See my topic in the Testing Corner to test what I've got so far. Be warned, the apps can be dangerous and as I'm not a coder, I don't know if I did anything wrong to the apps, but I believe I know enough to not affect the apps. They should be just as safe as the originals but that does not mean there is no risk.

I wouldn't know if tona is still using Homebrew let alone have time to update stuff, but if so, I'm thumbs up for this.

I've tried to do it myself and I think it may work but I'm not able to test it myself so if anyone would like to test go here.
