hey i have an idea for an app that would edit the mii channel giving it more features like more items for the mii to wear new hair styles clothes etc any one interested in this idea?

You can't "edit" the Mii Channel or add anything new to it.

Because apps don't work like that. The Mii Channel is something Nintendo made; only they can change it.
