Idea Of A New Homebrew

Hi, i'm Tibo, i'm new on this forum, sorry for my english i'm french (but i don't use this shit of Google Translator).
I have an idea to create a homebrew who cans capture a video of a game when you're playing it.
I don't know if it's possible, and i don't know if someone had this idea yet.

Been suggested many times, not possible.

Just get an EasyCAP and record it on computer (they're not overly expensive).
