I'm not sure you're fully aware of how complicated a game Minecraft is. It'd definitely be the most complicated homebrew game to date. Plus, you're really not being clear on what exactly you'd be doing. "I'll do a lot, I just need help" isn't really inspiring any confidence.

Look on the bright side, however: the folks behind Minecraft are awesome. If a Wii version is possible and makes sense, they'll do it (and Nintendo will eat it up). Might as well let the professionals do what they do best :)
