HD emulator support for Wii U

Since the Wii U just came out and is capable of running the homebrew channel and emulators I think it would be a good idea to upgrade the emulators to play in HD, since Wii mode is upscaled to 720p.
I imagine it wouldn't be that hard, would it?

As you said the output is only upscaled, the internal resolution does not increase for wii mode.
