Changing the health screen without using a custom system menu

I know that the Starfall system menu replaces the health warning with a custom screen with its music... I was wondering if that' s possible if I want to keep the good ol' system menu and change only that crappy screen... Thanks for the help and sorry for my bad english, I'm Italian ^^
