From what I understand, SRAM saves are battery saves; what the original cartridge would have loaded rather than a full snapshot. And, unfortunately, the creator of the GX emulator series has said that he has no interest in adding cheat code support.by BaffleBlend - Homebrew Applications

I know I personally don't come on to the forums as much as I used to and there isn't as many people posting, asking questions (at least the one's I can answer..), or creating new content.by BaffleBlend - Offtopic

I use Chrome, but I'm on my computer less and less often. When I'm not on my 3DS Internet Browser (for ease-of-access, not reliability. I'm always on this thing), I use the Chrome iPhone app (which is kind of unstable, but it gets the job done most of the time). When it comes to Wii browsing, I use the Internet channel except in the rare case where I need to download a file, sinby BaffleBlend - Offtopic
Absolute newcomer seeking ideas - 10 years ago
I'm a newcomer to the community and I plan to get into coding. The issue is, I'm drawing a blank. Any ideas I get are either already in existence or way too ambitious for a newbie. So would anyone mind suggesting something for me to try to make in order to get my feet wet?by BaffleBlend - Offtopic

With Datel Action Replay Power Saves out and rampant for the 3DS now, that might provide some kind of gateway for homebrew development, allowing otherwise-impossible backdoors. Just a thought,by BaffleBlend - Offtopic
What happened to this place...? - 10 years ago
This is my first day here, but it feels as if I've stepped into an abandoned graveyard. Hardly any posts were made this year in any of the boards - It's creepy and kind of depressing. The Wii Homebrew scene needs some new life put back into it. Fresh new ideas, new blood, new discussion. If I knew how to code, I would for the sake of keeping the scene alive. RSSMii not recieving feed updates - 10 years ago
I installed RSSMii in order to help my Wii feel like less of a "ghost console" - getting updates on the message board would help give the illusion of it still being supported. The problem is, despite subscribing to a number of feeds with predictable update times, I have not recieved any notices. Is this an issue with something I'm doing, or an issue with official Wiiconnect24 support eby BaffleBlend - Homebrew Applications
