This is sort of a duel part question. I am running system menu 4.1U (4.2U scared me), and I was originally looking to use Smash Stack to upgrade to system menu 4.3U, because I know that Epic Mickey is going to ask me to update. Unfortunately I am having the obnoxious "Disc Read Error", even after using 2 of the 6 pads offered in the Wii Disc Cleaner Kit. I assume that is because it is a duel lby dxmkrew - Homebrew General

for future reference, yes. it should work. my friend used 4.0u with animal crossing and had no problem extracting/installing his save file. and yes, savegame installer/extractor still works with 4.1u...before anyone asks. i've updated as well as my friend and we've both tested it.by dxmkrew - Homebrew General

Is there a homebrew application that disables new wii firmware updates? Not just from wiiconnect24, but from game disc updates as well? I don't want to disable wiiconnect 24 because of DLC on Animal Crossing: City Folk... Edit: Oh, and I tried googling, but no luck...by dxmkrew - Homebrew General
