Problems with Nyko Wand+ - 14 years ago
Hey all. Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask about this kind of thing, but I really don't know where else to go. I bought a Nyko Wand+ (cool new controller with motion plus built in). The controller works fine for the most part, but I have some weird problems. When I plug a certain nunchuck into it it goes crazy and the pointer gets all jumpy,(this does pertain to homebrew I promise) buby TyDoMaster - Homebrew General

You can use StartPatch (Found here: ) to disable update for good (from disc as well as online) I think you need some stuff I can't discuss here, and the trunca enabled IOS 36 with dop- MOD mentioned earlier. It's all there in the wiibrew page. Make sure you make a NAND backup with bootmii first. That will help with your girlfriend playing games through the disc channel.by TyDoMaster - Getting Started

Oh ok. I think 4.2 removes cIOS 249, and 252. Those where the only ones I knew of. I guess I'll look around elsewhere for the trunca thing. Thanks again for all the help.by TyDoMaster - Getting Started

Hello all. I have looked around for the answer to a few questions but I'm just getting more and more confused. So I though I'd just ask. My questions are: 1. I want to Install bootmii, but the article (Here:) I read said that if your Wii gets broken and you need to send it for repairs, bootmii causes the LED to go off when the Wii starts that lets you know it's installed, andby TyDoMaster - Getting Started

Thanks. So just to be clear, after I update to 4.0 I can't reinstall Patchmii, even with the homebrew channel. That's a bummer, but I guess all the same tools exist for ios 249. Are there any steps I should take to ensure that all my other homebrew is working? Like installing DVDx to IOS 249?by TyDoMaster - Homebrew General

Hi all. I have a soft modded Wii with the latest HBC and PatchMii and a patchmii install at IOS 249 (the one used by cIOS) If I update to system menu 4.0, will it affect any of this? if it removes patchmii (ass they say it will) can I simply reinstall it using the HBC? I ask because I am running out of room on wi Wii's internal storage and think that the 4.0 SD card thing would be quite uby TyDoMaster - Homebrew General
