I am curious to know how anyone figured out how to write homebrew applications for the Wii or any other console. The only thing I can think of is that someone that works on an authentic Wii games developed DevkitPro to help aspiring game creators.by harmor - Offtopic

I only have the Homebrew Channel and apps downloaded from the Homebrew Browser. I would like to know if I ever do decide to update the system how likely is it that my system would be bricked?by harmor - Homebrew General

My suggestion is to have categories for "Demos, Emulation, Games, Music, and Utilities" when you launch the Homebrew Channel. For example, if you feel like playing an emulator you launch HBC, select "Emulation", then launch an emulator.by harmor - Ideas, requests
Hot-Button for save states. - 15 years ago
I play games on the Nintendo, Super Nintendo, and Genesis emulators. I would like to try out custom Super Mario World roms such as "Kaizo Mario" on the SNES emulator but the game may be even more difficult without a dedicated button to save the game. I would like to suggest adding a feature where players can assign a button to their controller that when pressed will make a save state of the gby harmor - Ideas, requests
