Fully Bricked Wii, used SaveMii and Bricked again!

Hello guys, I really need some help of yours.

Here is the deal... I bought a fully bricked Wii a while ago and ordered a SaveMii to repair it. Got the SaveMii, plugged it in and gave me a black screen with 3.0(USA) at the bottom right. Downloaded "wii-system-menu-update-PAL-v290-repad.rar" (thinking that we are in Brazil and here we have the PAL system) and made an autoboot DVD. It worked (in part), because updated my System Menu to 3.2(USA) at the bottom right, but I still had the Opera error. Then I realize that my Wii was NTSC-U but it was too late. Tried updating with "wii-system-menu-update-USA-v289.iso" but it didn't show any changes. What should I do next?

try using an NTSC copy of animal crossing.

PS: Can't SaveMii downgrade the system menu?

No, I think it can only upgrade.

Is there any other possibility? Like using AnyRegion Changer? It's taking to long the download...
