I...ummm...need to ask a question,each time i try to load this app it always throw a black screen at me....anyway of fixing this

Update IOS36 with DOP-Mii. If you're on 4.3 and your Wii's serial's first 4 digits are "LU64" or any number higher than 64, then your Wii cannot handle a downgraded IOS36.
