Hi!
I'm trying to update my homebrew channel 1.0.1 IOS36 v13.23 too v1.0.8. But if i'm starting the installer it fails! It says "There is no usable or vulnerable IOS installed on this Wii." and all I can do is exit the installer.
Can someone help me? And I already re-installed everything with DOP-Mii.

Wow... that is a lot of patched IOSes!
I'm not surprised you are not able to run HackMii installer with your Wii running like that. It will not use any patched IOS, only unmodified IOSes. Did you happen to see that warning? [this IOS can not be trusted (20000000 1e0410)]
Given you are running on IOS70, I presume you are on 4.2 (you forgot to tell us).
I would advise you to install IOS58 with IOS58 Installer and try again. However, getting rid of so many patched IOSes would be good too.

Download the latest version of Dop-Mii from Wiibrew.org. Use it to install the latest versions of all IOSes EXCEPT IOS 50, 60, 70, and 80. Instead of installing the latest version of IOS 50, install revision 4889. If you are using the version of Dop-Mii that is not available on Wiibrew.org, then do not apply any patches to any IOSes. Then remove IOSes 60, 70, and 80. You may also remove any IOS that has a stub for the latest revision, (again with the exception of IOS 50). Please note that as you are on system menu 3.4, installing the latest revision of IOS 50 or removing it completely will result in a brick.
Then run the HackMii installer.
