I thought that the exploit used to install the HBC was blocked in 4.0?

I will see if i still have the link on my favorites and post it that gives the directions and another link for all the files ready to be put on the memory card. I can post a link in here, right? Give me a few.

I have installed HBC at a fresh system menu 4.0. Everything works great!

On virgin 4.0 Wiis, yes. On Wiis that had a cIOS installed, no.
