HBC Boots to black sreen

Ive been running it on CIOS with boot Mii2 its been fine with multiple restarts.

Updated HBC, still ran ok with multiple restarts.

Now for some strange reason boots to black from System and Boot mii menu.

Is it safe to reinstall HBC?

Just run hack/ mii again?

PS i have the IOS backed up.

How are you "running it on CIOS"? cIOSes are not compatible with the HBC nor the HackMii Installer. They are also not supported here.
