PriiLoader Error. Need a genius

My error occurs when installing PriiLoader.
Error Details:
"
ES_Identify failed, error 4294962944. ios249 not patched with ES_DIVerify? using cios (holding b and then pressing + or -) will probably solve this.
NOTE: you need CIOS for this.
"
Scenario:
Wii 4.3U exploited with IndianaPwns
HackMii successfully installed
DarkCorp successfully installed
PriiLoader v0.4 failed
-I have tried both holding "b" and pressing +, and solely pressing +. After the error screen appears, my wiimote becomes disabled and cannot connect
Please help me out, I have no idea where to go from here. As I am new to this, please give simple step-by-step instructions when you can.
