question about installing homebrew with smash brothers

i used super smash brothers to install home brew on my wii. my question is now that thats all said and done if i play smash brothers and it creates a save file will it undo what i have done or is it safe now?

No it will not undo what you have done, you would have to use the hackmii installer to remove HBC.
