I downloaded (at like 8kb/s ugg...slow server) the Wiifail video. Would there be a problem if I uploaded them somewhere else (with better download speeds) and shared that link? Like another mirror?

All 25C3 videos are under Creative Commons license, so yes, you can put the file anywhere, WITHOUT modifications.
