Homebrew Channel won't load any app

I've been using the Homebrew Channel for a while, but today I tried to play some NES games and the HBC simply doesn't load any application - I can only see the background bubbles. This is weird, because I never had problems before, and I always use the HBC to load emulators. What could it be? I'd hate not being able to play emulators anymore -_-

Check the contents of your SD card and make sure everything is still intact. You might have accidentally deleted it....

maybe you took the sd card out. or maybe you should wipe off the card. maybe there's dirt on it. same for the slot. make sure they're clean too....i've had to clean my slot before...damn sd cards...they should be dirt proof.
