wii development

I got 2 questions
1) How does one go about writing a program to run on the wii
2) How does one upload an application so it will appear on the homebrew browser..

1) You link the devkitPRO SDK into your C/C++ programs.
2) You don't. Teknecal does. Just ask him to: [codemii.com]

2) you could create your own repository and submit it to tekneckal, as HBB can now support repositories. there is documentation on creating on at codemii.com. IF he adds it to HBB, then just add apps to it and people can just choose your repository and get your apps instantly, without you having to submit them to tekneckal. but any repo with illegal stuff will be removed, so dont put illegal stuff in it.
