Gecko v 1.9.1 and v 1.9.3.1

im a noob when it comes to hacking, but that doesnt stop me from achieving my goals.

ive seen on youtube that some people use Gecko OS version 1.9.1 , and are able to apply codes to wii ware games.
when i saw this i was confused, my newer version of gecko OS (v 1.9.3.1) has LESS options, WHY???

It doesnt have less options. You just don't know how to use it.

...then could you PLEASE tell me how to use it? or is it against "forum rules" that u cant talk about gecko?

all that forum read was "use dop-mii" i used it and have know idea what it is im doing.

oh, my bad... i thought you just couldn't figure out the NEXT step... not all the steps. In that case i've never used DOP-Mii, i thought it was pretty straight forward to do what that thread said...

You need to have a trucha bugged IOS 36. Therefore, you need to use DOP-Mii to install IOS 36 v 1042 (patching the bug into newer IOSes is not supported here, since it is pointless). Do not downgrade IOS 36 (or any other IOS) if you have an "LU64+" wii.

If you are unsure of how to do this, at least try launching DOP-Mii. It should be straight forward from that point.

That is not all it said. It told you what to do with dop-Mii too.

Anyway, the gist of it is: You need an IOS36 with trucha bug/fakesigning and ES_DiVerify. Only the oldest revision of any IOS has this officially, newer IOS can only have these via a patch. Patching IOS is not supported here, and will not be discussed. You can however use dop-Mii to downgrade IOS36 to its oldest revision, provided you have an old Wii (non "LU64"), and then Gecko OS should work fully.

well my wii is fairly old, got it a day after it came out in the good ol' U. S. of A!








and im checkin dop-mii, my IOS version is
fakesign ES_Identify NAND Flash

how do i make it "ES_diversity" or wat eve u said?
