Take a look at all of the GX_ functions, they are similar to OpenGL ones.by Tantric - Homebrew General
That one version you have has that bug. Manually update, after you have the new version it won't happen again.by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
For the first issue, do you have hq filters ON when it happens?by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
Ok, fair enough. What's the exact name of the rom file, and the exact name of the save file it made?by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
The reason being that the latest released libogc isn't compatible with SDL Wii, for multiple reasons. Once a new libogc is released, this issue will go away - you won't be required to use the latest libogc SVN, just the latest released libogc.by Tantric - Coding
Quotei remap the load folder to the save folder but it doesnt stay. Why would you do this? To load a save, first load the game. Then press Home. Then press the Load button. Then select the save.by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
I don't understand your issue. The new version tracks where you last browsed for roms (ie: /snes9x/Roms/F/). This has nothing to do with where save files are stored - /snes9x/savesby Tantric - Homebrew Applications
what is the *exact* name of the rom file?by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
It's not a bug. Just a change from libogc that hasn't (yet) made it into SVN.by Tantric - Coding
They aren't identical to the original cartridge ROM. Dumping isn't a science, if some bits get scrambled during the read from cartridge to your computer...maybe it will matter, maybe it won't. That's why a lot of SMB rom dumps start on level 0-1 - because FCE Ultra is unforgiving - it emulators true to the NES, while other emulators have a list of "bad" rom dumps and bad hacksby Tantric - Homebrew Applications
Umm...no they are just bad dumps, plain and simple. Some emulators aren't picky about it, FCE Ultra is and always has been.by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
A lot of the ROM dumps of SMB are bad. That's the issue here. Try a different one, or better yet try a Duck Hunt + SMB rom.by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
Take a look at gui_filebrowser.cppby Tantric - Coding
And then at the end you need: mainWindow->Remove(&Splash); mainWindow->Remove(&init); Or else your app will crash the minute it leaves that function, since those items are still in the GUI, but the memory was released when the function finished.by Tantric - Coding
GuiImage Splash; static GuiImageData * SplashImage; SplashImage = new GuiImageData(wiixplore_png); Splash = GuiImage(SplashImage->GetImage(), 452, 228); any reason you wouldn't just do GuiImageData SplashImage(wiixplore_png); GuiImage Splash(&SplashImage);by Tantric - Coding
all of this is completely unnecessary, net_init is called by if_config already: s32 ip; if((ip = net_init()) == -EAGAIN) { GuiText init("Initialising...", 16, (GXColor){0, 0, 0, 255}); init.SetAlignment(0,3); init.SetPosition(5,5); HaltGui(); mainWindow->Append(&init); ResumeGui(); Debug("1"); } else { if(ip < 0) { Debug("2"); GuiText init("Error while initialby Tantric - Coding
Biggest problem is you never remove Splash or init from mainWindow calling if_config is enough, you don't need to do if((ip = net_init()) == -EAGAIN) too as jsmaster said, call Halt before adding/removing from your GUI, and then call resume when you're done.by Tantric - Coding
You can play with those settings yourself and recompile. I've already set them to how I thought was best.by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
yes...the answer is...because your program has crashed! basically that means you can't trust the state of much anything (in fact, sometimes pressing the reset button or gamecube controller button doesn't work!) it's no longer a functional system, which is why the best bet for a crash function is to do the bare minimum. although it would be nice to have the wiimote working on theby Tantric - Coding
Yes but 1.43 is not 1.51, it's not a simple "add a button" type thing. the snes9x team changed a lot between 1.43 and 1.50, some of it for the better, but not without drawbacks. such is "progress". 1.52 may have yet another new audio core, which would make audio a lot better overall, but who knows - might have some drawbacks.by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
How would a sync menu item work, what would it do?by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
Sure, let me click my magic "fix" button. *click*. Seriously, of course there's a way to fix anything - the question is does someone have the ability, motivation, and time to do so?by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
uh no. they mean WiFi (network). SMB isn't in the cIOS. The cIOS (supposedly) has more stable wifi because it uses IOS 60 as a base, and Nintendo (supposedly) made some wifi improvements.by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
I still don't have the cios and it works perfectly fine.by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
the default is looking for: fceugx/roms so you could have: IP: Share: Software User: Password: and then your files would be stored at: \\server\Software\fceugx\roms otherwise, you need to change the load folder from fceugx/roms to NES/romsby Tantric - Homebrew Applications
This is probably because the Wii expects the stereo channels in reverse order than usual - RL instead of LR. Snes9x GX and VBA GX therefore reverse the channels (properly) so that the sound isn't inverted. It's likely other homebrew apps don't do this.by Tantric - Homebrew General
FAT32 should work fine. If it's NTFS it won't work. Also, even at FAT32 not all USB devices will work, no guarantees.by Tantric - Homebrew Applications
QuoteprofetylenOk! Do you know of any app, that I can look at, that uses the wiimote speakers? There are absolutely no apps usig the wiimote speaker yet. shagkur has recently added some basic speaker functionality to libogc svn, but...I can't guarantee you what state it's in.by Tantric - Coding
Yes, someone please write tutorial(s) for libwiigui :)by Tantric - Coding
Yes, download libogc from the SVN and compile and install it.by Tantric - Coding
